Hat orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship.You will be notified at the time of ordering the estimated time, and a tracking number will be provided up confirmation of shipping.

Due to the handcrafted, custom nature of our felt hats, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Because each hat is made specifically according to your chosen style, size, and embellishments, it cannot be resold to another customer.

In the rare case that your hat arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
