Our Process
All of our hats are completely hand-made, from start to finish.
Step 1
Steaming, Shaping, and Pouncing
The beginning stages of crafting a hat start with a little muscle, steam, and patience. Each had is stretched to fit your size, and let rest for 24 hours. It is then pounced to give it a smooth and consistent finish.
Customizationand fine details
After the hat sits, and essentially cures to give it it’s shape, we then go into the detailed design process. Anything from paint, to dye, to fire is used to give each hat a unique look. Custom designed laser engravings, various pins,fabrics, custom feather wraps, various chains, and even custom tie dyed hat bands can become a unique feature of your hat. Anything is possible.

Packing and Shipping
Once it’s full customized, and the sweatband liner has been sewn in, we package your custom creating up for shipping into on of our custom SKULLFLOWER hat boxes.
